Mission Statement

Now that I’m about to wrap up my education — graduating, finally, in grade 22 — I thought I would start leafing through my “notes to self” files and start sharing them with anyone who wants to read them.  These notes go as far back as 10th grade (wow!) and include notes from a “sabbatical” I took during college, a year of working as a paraprofessional at a liberal arts school, and six years of graduate school.  They cover everything from studying, teaching, researching, socializing with mathematicians and non-mathematicians, and job-seeking.

I don’t think I’ll proceed in any particular order, so if there is something you want to know about, shoot me an email and I’ll see what notes I wrote to myself on that topic.
